Recent Kindle Adds

I’ve recently added the following titles to my kindle (almost all of them downloaded for free from www.manybooks.net):

1. Jane Austen; Her Life and Letters by Richard Arthur Austen-Leigh
2. The Scarlett Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne
3. Memoir of Jane Austen by James Edward Austen-Leigh
4. The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte
5. Agnes Grey by Anne Bronte
6. Lady Susan by Jane Austen
7. Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
8. The Professor by Charlotte Bronte
9. Villette by Charlotte Bronte
10. Biographical Notice of Ellis and Acton Bell by Charlotte Bronte
11. Silas Marner by George Eliot (I own an old edition of this book but hate to use it as a reading copy)
12. Scott’s Last Expedition Vol. 1 by R. F. Scott
13. Four and Twenty Blackbirds by Cherie Priest (free download at amazon.com)
14. Mucho Mojo by Joe R. Landsdale (amazon.com purchase)
15. When You are Engulfed in Flames by David Sedaris (amazon.com purchase)

This list would do UNCW professor Dr. Waxman proud. She’d love to see that i am continuing on (some decade later) with the “feminist lit.” readings from her course. Only now, thankfully, I can read them without having to “unpack” them later.
